CMC 1/18 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR Uhlenhaut Coupe
Instock
CMC model number m-076
One of the two 'Uhlenhaut' Coupe bodied 300 SLRs intended for road use. The elegant design was penned by Karl Wilfert and the car was dubbed after Mercedes' chief engineer Rufolf Uhlenhaut. After the racing program ended, Uhlenhaut used one of the two as a company car rushing down the 'autobahns' in stunning speeds. Today the cars are still owned by Mercedes-Benz and regularly displayed at various events.
